Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess at least a 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognised University.

Candidates claiming fee relaxation must produce the relevant category certificate issued by the competent authority. Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered. Fees once paid are also non-refundable.
Eligible candidates have to submit their applications online only through the APSC Recruitment Portal.
