Purabi Dairy Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Manager (Quality Assurance)
Qualification: Candidates must have full time B.Tech in Dairy Technology / M.Sc in Dairy Technology / Dairy Chemistry / Dairy Microbiology from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and dairy products in a dairy plant. Candidates should also have knowledge of FSSAI standards, FSMS, GMP and food safety systems.
Salary: CTC around ₹11.14 lakh per annum (including PF and other benefits).

2. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Purchase)
Qualification: Candidates must possess BE/B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Dairy) OR B.Sc (PCM) with MBA from a recognized institute.

1. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Purchase)
Main Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for handling procurement and purchase management activities of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project milestones and annual budgets.
• Maintain electronic and paper-based procurement records as per audit and compliance standards.
• Handle the complete tendering process, including preparation of enquiries and evaluation of bids.
• Prepare comparative statements, purchase proposals and purchase orders.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure timely procurement.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers.
• Supervise purchase registers and verify bills to ensure financial accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare procurement reports and presentations for senior management.
• Develop procurement documentation and administrative systems for better efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality assurance across the dairy value chain including manufacturing and procurement systems.
• Monitor raw milk quality from Dairy Cooperative Societies and Bulk Milk Coolers.
• Implement systems for monitoring quality and plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FSSAI, BIS, AGMARK and pollution control guidelines.
• Monitor processing operations and ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages.
• Conduct quality audits and analyze statistical data for product improvement.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) are followed.
• Monitor FAT and SNF levels to minimize losses during processing.
• Review plant performance across Assam and recommend productivity improvements.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate ISO audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train plant staff on quality and safety procedures.
•Maintain smooth industrial relations within plant operations.
