Educational Qualification:
Candidates applying for this post must fulfill the following qualification:
• Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 60% marks in graduation is required.
Experience Required:
Applicants must have:
• At least 2 years of experience in a Government / Semi-Government organization or agency.
• Experience in similar administrative roles will be preferred.
Required Skills:
Candidates should have the following skills:
• Fluency in English, Assamese, and Hindi
• Good communication and drafting skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of internet and office equipment
• Candidates with stenography skills will get preference.
Age Limit:
• minimum Age: 24 years
• maximum Age: 40 years
Note: Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
The selected candidate will assist the CEO in various administrative and communication tasks. Major responsibilities include:
• Assisting the CEO in drafting letters, documents, and official communications
• Managing emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Maintaining the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
• Maintaining the CEO’s official diary
• Coordinating with different departments and stakeholders
• Performing any other work assigned by the CEO from time to time.
