Educational Qualification
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution as on 20 November 2025 (closing date of application).
Candidates awaiting final results of their degree are NOT eligible.
The certificate must clearly mention the date of issue or result declaration date before the last date.

A candidate applying for the RRB NTPC Graduate Posts 2025 must be one of the following:
A citizen of India, or
A subject of Nepal, or
A subject of Bhutan, or
A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from any of the following countries with the intention of permanently settling in India:

Candidates belonging to categories (2) to (5) must possess a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Without this certificate, their candidature will be provisional and later cancelled if not produced during Document Verification (DV).

Note:
EBC (Economically Backward Class) = Candidates whose annual family income is less than ₹50,000.
(Do not confuse EBC with OBC or EWS — they are three separate categories.)
Refund Rules:
Refunds will be made only to candidates who appear in the 1st Stage CBT (Computer-Based Test).
Refund amount will be:
- ₹400 for UR/OBC/EWS candidates
- ₹250 for SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Minority/EBC candidates
Refunds will be sent directly to the bank account mentioned in your online application form.
So, ensure the bank name, account number, and IFSC code are entered correctly.
Important Notes:
Fee will not be refunded for rejected/incomplete applications.
Incorrect or incomplete bank details may lead to non-receipt of refund.
Refunds are processed after the CBT-1 attendance verification.
Candidates applying under EBC category must have valid supporting documents (Annexure IIIA/BPL card/Izzat MST) issued on or before 20.11.2025 — otherwise, their application will be rejected.

All shortlisted candidates will have to pass the prescribed medical fitness test conducted by the Railway Administration to ensure they are medically fit for the duties related to the post applied for.

Candidates must ensure they meet the medical requirements before applying.
Candidates who have undergone LASIK or similar eye surgeries:
- Not eligible for posts with A-2 Medical Standard.
- Eligible for posts with B-2 or C-2 standards, as per Railway Board circular.
The final medical fitness will be decided by Railway Medical Authorities during Document Verification.
If a candidate fails the initial medical test, one final medical appeal may be allowed with conditions.
How to Apply for RRB NTPC Graduate Posts 2025
Applications must be submitted ONLINE ONLY through the official RRB websites —
or respective regional RRB portals (see Annexure B).
No offline or paper applications will be accepted.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Create an Account (One-Time Registration)
- Visit the official RRB website.
- Click on “Create an Account” (if you haven’t registered earlier).
- Fill in your Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID carefully.
- Verify details using Aadhaar / DigiLocker (recommended) for faster verification.
- Once created, the account details cannot be modified later, so check twice before submitting.
🔸 If you already have an account from previous RRB recruitments, use the same credentials.
Step 2: Login and Fill Online Application Form
Log in using your registered User ID and Password.
Select the CEN No. 06/2025 (Graduate Posts) recruitment.
Choose your preferred RRB (you can apply for only one RRB).
Fill all required details — personal info, qualification, category, post preferences, etc.
Upload:
- Recent passport-size photograph (live photo capture)
- Signature (as per standard format)
- Required documents/certificates (PDF/JPEG as per size limit)
Step 3: Pay Examination Fee:
Pay the application fee online only using UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking.
Fee details:
- ₹500 (UR/OBC/EWS) — ₹400 refundable after CBT-1
- ₹250 (SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Minority/EBC) — ₹250 refundable after CBT-1
Step 4: Preview & Submit:
Carefully review all filled details before final submission.
Click “Final Submit” once verified.
After successful submission, take a printout or PDF copy of your application form for reference.
Step 5: Correction / Modification (if needed)
Correction Window will be open from 23 November to 02 December 2025.
You can edit most details except:
- Create an Account” information (Name, Email, Mobile No.)
- “Chosen RRB”
Modification Fee: ₹250 per correction (non-refundable).
Step 6: Scribe Registration (for eligible PwBD candidates)
PwBD candidates who opted for a scribe must register scribe details online between 03 to 07 December 2025.
The scribe must also create an account at rrbapply.gov.in and verify through OTP.
Final Reminders:
Use a valid and active email ID and mobile number throughout the recruitment process.
All communication from RRB will be via SMS and Email only.
Multiple applications to different RRBs will lead to disqualification.
Keep scanned copies of photo, signature, and certificates ready before applying.

Online applications open on 21 October 2025 and close on 20 November 2025 (11:59 PM). Fee payment is allowed till 22 November 2025. Correction window: 23 Nov–02 Dec 2025. Scribe registration: 03–07 Dec 2025.
