SPMU (State Programme Management Unit) Posts
1. Programme Manager - 1 post
Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management / HR / Hospital Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years) from AICTE recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Health Programmes in Govt./PSU/private sector.
Remuneration (₹ per month)
₹68,750 + 5% annual increment (based on performance)
2. Finance Manager- 1 Post
Qualification:
MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / ICWA from AICTE recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in finance management of Govt. or reputed organizations. Exposure in Govt. accounting, fund flow, UC reporting preferred.
Remuneration (₹ per month)
₹50,000 + 5% annual increment (based on performance)
3.Consultant (AYUSH Health & Wellness Centre)- 1 Post
Qualification:
Degree in AYUSH Stream from recognized University/Institution.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in government or reputed private organization.
Remuneration (₹ per month)
₹50,000 + 5% annual increment (based on performance)
4. Consultant - Procurement- 1 Post
Qualification:
Post Graduate in any discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement/logistics/supply chain management in reputed organization OR PG Diploma in Procurement/Logistics.
Experience:
Certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum 6 months). Experience in NTEP or health sector preferred.

₹50,000 + 5% annual increment (based on performance)
5. Consultant - HR- 1 Post
Qualification:
MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) of minimum 2 years’ duration from recognized University.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR-related work. Exposure in social sector schemes preferred.
